See the world through the eyes of Clarence, a boy excited by life

Clarence, the latest original animated comedy series from Cartoon Network, premieres Monday 6th October at 5.30pm. The refreshingly heartfelt Clarence joins fan-favourites Adventure Time and Regular Show for a powerhouse comedic lineup on Australian screens.
Created by Skyler Page, Clarence follows a spirited, quirky boy who always sees the best in all things. When everyone else turns right, Clarence turns left … into a wall – but he keeps on going. Daily life is a fun and thrilling adventure for Clarence and his friends. There’s streetwise Sumo, slightly neurotic Jeff, his sassy mum Mary and her laid-back boyfriend Chad.
Set in small-town Aberdale, the stories are inspired by and celebrate real life triumphs and tragedies from childhood: epic dirt fights, awkward crushes, trampoline combat, sleepover pranks and secret tree forts. Through the eyes of Clarence, and in his chubby little hands, these tales always veer off the main road, if not off the map entirely.
Comprising 24 x 15-minute episodes, Clarence was conceived as part of the prolific shorts development program at Cartoon Network Studios, which has resulted in six original series for the network, including Regular Show, Uncle Grandpa and Steven Universe.
Series creator Skyler Page formerly worked as a storyboard artist for the critically acclaimed series Adventure Time and voices the eponymous character of Clarence.
Clarence premieres on Cartoon Network (channel 713 on Foxtel) on Monday 6th October at 5.30pm, continuing weekdays. The channel will air an exclusive sneak peek on Saturday 20th September at 10.15am, straight after a brand new special episode from Adventure Time. The clip will also go live on a Clarence mini-site on CartoonNetwork.com.au and the Cartoon Network Watch and Play iPad and iPhone app immediately afterwards.
